  • Account details, if you create an account.
  • Messages you send through our contact form or by email.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and the cookies described below.

Card details are entered with our payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers.

Why we use it

  • To process, ship and support your order, including returns and refunds.
  • To answer your questions.
  • To prevent fraud, keep the site secure and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who receives it

We share only what each provider needs to do its job:

  • Stripe, for card payments.
  • USPS, for delivery and return labels.
  • Hostinger, which hosts this website and its data.
  • WooCommerce and WordPress software run on our website. Tax authorities, courts and other public bodies receive information where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies

This site uses cookies needed to run the cart, checkout and account login. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though the cart and checkout may then stop working.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request. Accounts stay active until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information. Depending on your state of residence, including California and Colorado, you may have additional rights, and you may appeal a decision we make about your request. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
