Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays. USPS Tracking is included, and we email the tracking number when your order ships. Enter your order details on the Track Your Order page to check its status.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C., including P.O. boxes.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or other countries, because USPS cannot deliver there within the delivery time stated in this policy. Checkout only accepts addresses we deliver to.

Late, lost or damaged orders

If your order has not arrived within the time above, or it arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We reply within 1 day and will send a replacement or issue a refund.
