Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all products, including change-of-mind requests. Items must be unused, in their original condition and complete with all included parts and accessories, with original packaging where possible.

How to return by mail

  1. Contact our support team at support@evergreen-project.com or through the Contact Us page within 30 days of delivery and include your order number. Giving a reason is optional.
  2. We email you a prepaid USPS return label and return instructions. Download and print the label.
  3. Package the item securely, attach the label and drop it off at any USPS acceptance location.

How to return in person

Bring the item to our store address during business hours: 28025 Highway 74, Evergreen, Colorado 80439, United States.

Costs

All return and exchange shipping costs are covered by us. There are no restocking fees or additional return charges.

Refunds

  • For all eligible returns, including change-of-mind, damaged, defective, incorrect and partial-order returns, refunds include the purchase price of the returned items, applicable taxes and the original shipping charge paid for the order. Original shipping charges are refunded only once per order.
  • You may return individual items without returning the entire order.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

These items do not need to meet the unused-item condition. You are eligible for a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

Non-returnable items

None. All products can be returned under this policy.
