Who we are

This website and all sales made through it are provided by Evergreen Project, operated by Evergreen Clothing & Mercantile. Using this site or placing an order means you agree to these terms.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the item. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, and we will refund any payment in full if we do.

Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax, which is shown at checkout where it applies. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before shipping and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. See our Payment Policy.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Products

We aim to describe products accurately. Colors may look different depending on your screen. Measurements are listed in each product's size guide.

Intellectual property

The Evergreen Project name, logo, images and text on this site belong to us and may not be used without written permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site, and our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without limiting any consumer rights that apply in your state.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version here. The version in place when you order applies to that order.
